The learned advocate representing the petitioners submits that the impugned letters, as set out in prayer clause B, have been withdrawn by the Education Officer. Since the action of withdrawal of the said letters has already been completed, the petitioners do not desire to pursue this petition as there is no purpose left. Such statement is made in the light of the affidavit in reply filed by the Education Officer dated 25.11.2021. 2.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off as withdrawn.
