The grievance of the Petitioner is that after he purchased a house property vide registered sale-deed No.817/2015 dated 10.08.2015, Respondent No.2 has always been obstructing him. As a consequence, the mutation entry is not being carried out because of the dispute raised by him. The Respondent contends that there is a dispute with regard to the boundaries between the two neighboring plots. 2.

We find that the dispute before us is of a civil nature, which needs to be considered by the learned Civil Court. Subject
