This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail since the applicant is apprehending her arrest in connection with Crime No. 66/2015 registered with Waluj police station, District Aurangabad for the offences punishable u/s 306,498A,323,504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Heard Mr. A.K.Bhosale, learned counsel for the applicant and Mrs. S.G.Chincholkar, learned A.P.P. for respondent - State.

F.I.R. is lodged by Kusumbai, who is mother of deceased Sangita. According to the F.I.R., marriage of deceased was performed with Appasaheb Dagdu Takwale about eight years ago. According to F.I.R., there was illtreatment to her from her husband Appasaheb on account that he used to raise suspicion over the character of the deceased. Further, according to the F.I.R., Rs. 5,000/- were given to the father-in-law of the deceased. F.I.R. shows that the allegations against the present applicant are most general in nature. Further, husband Appasaheb and father-in-law of deceased are already arrested and they are released on regular bail by the learned trial Court.

Looking to the nature of accusations made against the present applicant in the F.I.R., her custodial presence is not necessary. That leads me to pass the following order. (i) Present Criminal Application is hereby allowed.

(ii) In the event of arrest in connection with Crime No. 66/2015 registered with Waluj police station, District Aurangabad for the offences punishable u/s 306,498A,323,504 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, applicant Vimalbai Dagdu Takwale be released on anticipatory bail on she executing P.R. Bond of Rs. 5,000/- [Rupees Five Thousand] with one solvent

(iii) With these observations, Present Criminal Application is disposed of.
