Heard Mr Navandar, learned counsel for the applicant, Mr Soman, learned counsel for original claimants and Mr Phule, learned A.G.P. for the State/Respondent No. 3.

This Court was pleased to grant interim stay on condition to deposit entire amount under the impugned award. Mr Navandar, learned counsel for the applicant/appellant submits that the Marathwada Krishi Vidyapeeth, Parbhani has deposited the entire amount under the Award with the Registry of this Court and order is complied with.

Mr Soman, learned counsel for the original claimants fairly accepts the position. As such, interim stay granted by this Court needs to be confirmed.

ORDER

(I) The Civil Application for stay stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (C).
