After hearing this petition for some time and after we expressed our disinclination, the learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would take recourse to clauses 1.10, 1.11 and onwards, of the GR dated 15/09/2017, in view of the impugned communication dated 26.02.2020. The petitioner, therefore, desires to withdraw this petition.
