Mr. Rane the learned counsel for the petitioner states that, the services of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak are approved. After completion of 3 years the Headmaster has forwarded proposal to the Respondent No. 2 seeking approval as an Assistant Teacher (Exh. A), however, same is not yet considered and decided.

The learned A. G. P. states that, in case the said proposal is pending Education Officer would decide the same on its own merits.

In light of above, we pass the following order -

ORDER

In case the proposal (Exh. A) is pending with the Respondent No. 2 then, the Respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law and policy expeditiously and preferably within four (4) months.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
