The learned Counsel submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner on compassionate ground (Page No. 45) is pending with the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded. The same is not decided since the year - 2014.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents no. 1 and 2 and submits that in case the proposal is pending, then respondent no. 2 will decide on its own merits.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (Page No. 45) is pending with respondent no. 2, then respondent no. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
