The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime no. 181 of 2016 registered on May 24, 2016 at MIDC CIDCO Police Station, Tq. and Dist. Aurangabad for the offences punishable under section 306, 498A, 323, 504 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The applicant is husband of deceased - Puja. The prosecution story is that the applicant's

2 Cri. Appln. 3174-2016 sister Kirti lost her husband about a year back from the date of the alleged FIR, who had a fall in a well. As such, she started residing with the applicant and used to ill-treat deceased - Puja. 4.

Perused the FIR and other investigation papers. The entire allegations in the FIR are as against Kirti, sister of the applicant i.e. the sister-in-law of deceased - Puja.

There is hardly any material on the record to connect the applicant to the crime in question. As such, the application needs to be allowed. Hence, the following order:- 6.

The applicant be released on bail in Crime no. 181 of 2016 registered with MIDC CIDCO Police Station, Tq. and Dist. Aurangabad for the offences punishable under section 306, 498-A, 323, 504 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code, upon his executing P.R.

3 Cri. Appln. 3174-2016 bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rs. Fifteen Thousand) with one surety in the like amount. 7.

The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence or influence the witnesses in any manner.

Criminal Application stands disposed of accordingly.
