The applicants are arrested on 06/05/2016 in Crime No. 199 of 2016 registered with M.I.D.C. Waluj Police Station, Taluka Gangapur, District Aurangabad, for an offence punishable under Sections 307, 324, 323, 427, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504, 506 of the
-2Indian Penal Code and under Section 135 of the Bombay Police Act. 2.
There are specific attributions against applicant No. 1 Pralhad s/o Bhanudas Devbone, who has caused grievous injury. 3.
So far as applicant Nos. 2 to 6 are concerned, there are general allegations. Custodial interrogation of the applicants is already over. There is also counter offence registered at the behest of the applicants against group of complainant vide Crime No. 197 of 2016 for an offence punishable under Sections 324, 504, 506, 143, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of above, false implication of the applicants in the crime in question cannot be ruled out.

In view of above, in my opinion, the applicants are entitled to be released on bail. Hence, the following order :- (i) The applicants be released on bail, in connection with Crime No. 199 of 2016 registered with M.I.D.C. Waluj Police Station, Taluka Gangapur, District Aurangabad, for an offence punishable under Sections 307, 324, 323, 427, 143, 147, 148, 149, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 135 of the Bombay Police
-3Act, upon furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount, by each of them.
(ii) The applicants shall attend the concerned police station on 3rd and 4th July, 2016 between 10-00 a.m. to 12-00 noon and thereafter as and when called by the Investigating Officer. (iii) Applicant No. 1 Pralhad s/o Bhanudas Devbone shall not enter the territorial jurisdiction of the concerned police station till charge sheet is filed but for investigation purpose. (iv) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence or influence the witnesses.
