Having heard learned Counsel for the petitionerhusband, it is noted that learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Udgir ordered payment of monthly maintenance of Rs.800/- from the date of order, which was modified in the revision, by learned Sessions Judge, Udgir thereby ordered payment of monthly maintenance from the date of filing of the application. 2.

No reason whatsoever is recorded for ordering the payment of maintenance from the date of application by learned

55.04crwp -2magistrate. There is interim order passed by this Court while admitting the present matter, however, petitioner was made to pay monthly maintenance.

In view of above, the order dated 25/09/2003 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Udgir is modified and amount of maintenance is ordered to be paid from the date of order i.e. from 06/03/2003.
