Heard learned Advocates for the parties. This Court by order dated 19.01.2024 in similar matter allowed the applicants/claimants therein to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited towards compensation along with accrued interest. In view of the same, the following order :-

ORDER

(i) The applicants-claimants are allowed to withdraw 75% of the amount along with accrued interest, deposited by the respondent-appellant in this Court on furnishing an undertaking that in-case the appeal is allowed, the applicants shall re-deposit the amount withdrawn by them along with interest within 12 weeks from the date of such order.

(ii) The Civil Application is accordingly allowed and is disposed off.
