PER COURT :- Perused the affidavit in reply, tendered by the Secretary, Social Welfare & Special Assistance, Mantralaya, Mumbai, wherein, it has been stated that, the proposal tendered by the petitioner has already been decided. The petitioner institution has been paid the amount for disbursement of scholarship to the students of ANM course. So far as the scholarship payable to the students of GNM course is concerned, the respondent State has held the petitioner institution ineligible to receive the scholarship for the academic years 2011-2012 and 2012-2013. However, the grant has been disbursed to the students taking education during the academic year 2013-2014.

{2} CP 254.13.odt It does appear that the directions issued by this Court have been complied with It would be open for the petitioner to raise its' grievance in an appropriate petition, in respect of refusal of the State Government to release the scholarship for the year 2012-2013. Keeping open the option of the petitioner to present appropriate petition, as referred above, Contempt petition stands disposed of. Notice issued earlier, stands discharged. (P.R.
