The petitioner institute is before this Court with principal prayers "B","C" and "D". While issuing notice by order dated 03.07.2018 this Court referred to the grievance raised in the petition, by the petitioner and petition was posted today.

Today Mr. Bagul, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner placed on record i.e. communication (marked "X" for identification). He submits that the petitioner institute appear in the list of institute at Sr.No. 3, 4 and 9. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also filed on record the document to submit that the claim of this petitioner institute is enlisted in the said document are at Sr.No. 2588, 2589 and 2590. 4.

In view of this communication, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed, the learned AGP for the respondent/state, as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.5 submit that these

( 3 ) authorities will take appropriate steps. In view of this communication placed on record, no further orders are required to be passed in these petitions. Petitions are accordingly disposed of.
