By this application, the respondent in Writ Petition No. 3087/2017, submits that when this Court decided the said petition by order dated 25/06/2018, with reference to the impugned order of the Trial Court dated 23/02/2017 below application Exhibit 166, it was not informed to the learned advocate that RCS No. 350/2009 was finally decided by the Trial Court on 20/02/2018. It is, therefore, prayed that the order of this Court can be recalled as the suit was already disposed of when the said order was passed.

Learned advocate for the original petitioner agrees that the suit has been decided on 20/02/2018.

Considering the above, this Civil Application is allowed. The order of this Court 25/06/2018, is recalled and Writ Petition No. 3087/2017 stands disposed of as being infructuous.
