The learned A.G.P. points out that the petitioner has a statutory remedy of challenging the impugned Order of the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad by preferring a second revision by the Honourable Minister in the light of the Judgment delivered by the Honourable Apex Court in Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani V/s State of Maharashtra [(2016) 2 SCC 213].
