This Civil Application is taken out for hearing, which pertains to the prayer of the present applicant that he be permitted to withdraw the amount through his son Vivek, which is strongly objected by the learned A.G.P., as according to him, the claimant himself is required to make good the loss, in case if the appeal is allowed.

Having regard to the cause cited in the application, i.e. ill health of the applicant, I am inclined to permit his son Vikram to withdraw the amount upon such conditions as shall be imposed by the Registrar (Judicial), at the time of withdrawal.
