The order under challenge is an order dated 31-122024 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Umerga directing the respondent-husband to pay an amount of Rs.5784/- towards interim maintenance till the decision of the PWDVA No. 66/2019. Further it is directed to both the parties to give details of the amount of arrears and the amount paid

(2) towards maintenance, so as to enable the court to pass necessary orders directing the attachment of pension of the respondenthusband. 3.

Only grievance of the wife is to clause No. II i.e. of furnishing information about arrears of amount of maintenance. 4.

This court does not find any reason to interfere with the order. This court does not find any illegality perversity in the said order.

The parties to approach the learned trial court and to give details of the amount of arrears of the amount within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 6.

The learned trial court to pass necessary orders thereafter.

With this, criminal writ petition stands disposed off.

Respondent No.2 is appointed through the Legal Aid. His fees be quantified to Rs.5000/- to be paid by the High Court Legal Aid Services Sub-Committee.
