This is the Application for condonation of 84 days delay in preferring the First Appeal by the Original Claimants in LAR No.45/2013 decided by the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Majalgaon, Dist. Beed by the Judgment and Award dated 23.09.2019. 2.
The learned Advocate for the Applicants submits that due to financial constraints the Applicants could not prefer the Appeal within the stipulated time. He submits that the said delay be condoned and the Appeal be heard on its merits.

The Application is opposed by the learned Advocate for the Respondent Nos.2 and 3. He submits that no sufficient reasons are shown in the Application and the Application be rejected. 4.
The learned AGP appears for Respondent Nos.1 and 4. He submits that appropriate orders be passed.

After hearing both the sides and for the reasons mentioned in paragraph nos. 2 to 4 of the Application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. The Applicants shall not be entitled for the interest and the statutory benefits for the aforesaid delayed period. Copy of this order be kept in the order sheet of the Appeal Memo. Application stands disposed off accordingly.
