By this petition the petitioners are challenging the judgment and the order dated 01.01.2013 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Omerga dismissing LAR No. 115 of 2008. The petition is filed on 30.06.2022 i.e. after a period of about 9 years. The petition suffers from delay and latches. Reasons stated in the petition of claimant expiring in 2008 and the petitioners not being aware of filing of LAR, cannot be accepted.

The petition is dismissed on the ground of delay and latches.
