The learned Advocates for the respective Sides jointly submit that the interim order below Exh.U-2 u/s 30(2) of The M.R.T.U. and P.U.L.P. Act, 1971 dated 02/04/2014 in Complaint (ULP) No.78/2013 and 79/2013 have been impugned in this petition and during the pendency of the petition, both these complaints have been withdrawn by the original complainants from the Industrial Court, Dhule. It is, therefore, submitted that both these petitions have been rendered infructuous.

Considering the joint statement made on instructions, both these petitions are disposed of, as being infructuous. ( RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) khs/Aug. 2015/11928-14-d
