By this Petition, the Petitioner-School is making a simple request that the name of the father of one student written in short form as 'Md.', should be written in full form as 'Mohmmad'. The full name of the student is Memon Juveriya Fatema Mohmmad Yaseen. 2.

In view of the above, since it is universally known that the word 'Mohammad' is written in short form as 'Md.' or 'Mohd.', this Petition needs to be accepted.

Hence, the order passed by Respondent No. 2 is quashed and set aside with a direction that he shall follow the due procedure and
