1] The petitioner is seeking a writ, order or direction directing the respondent - Collector to decide his representation dated 19.3.2015 expeditiously. The petitioner has filed a complaint alleging that there was illegal construction made by respondent no.4 over Municipal property.

2] The petitioner is not personally aggrieved by the said alleged illegal construction. In our view, the petitioner can approach the appropriate authorities for

WP 10702/16 - 2 - the redressal of his grievance. It is not expected that this Court should direct the authorities to decide the applications as and when they are made. Reserving the right of the petitioner to avail alternative remedy, the petition is disposed of.
