A copy of legal heirs / representatives certifcate under the signature of Civil Judge, Junior Division, Tuljapur dated 12/01/2021 is enclosed with the Application showing that, the Applicants by named Mehboob AbdulAli Shaikh and Salimabi Mehboob Shaikh are the legal representatives / heirs of Deceased [Claimant] - Nihal Mehboob Shaikh. The copy of death certifcate show that, Nihal Mehboob Shaikh died on 20/05/2020. 5.
