At the outset, the learned AGP points out that an alternative remedy is provided under the Hyderabad Abolition of Inams and Cash Grants Act, 1954 for filing an appeal under Section 2A (2)(ii). 3.

In view of the same, the learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings.

Leave granted with liberty as prayed for.

Needless to say that the time consumed in prosecuting the present Writ Petition shall be excluded while calculating the D.A.ETHAPE
