Mr. Golegaonkar, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of the present writ petition, the Scrutiny Committee has revoked/cancelled the show cause notice dated 10th August, 2012 and the summons dated 25th June, 2013 issued to the petitioner which are assailed in the present writ petition. The learned Counsel submits that said information has been received by the petitioner under Right to Information Act. 2.

In view of the fact that the notice and summons issued to the petitioner as assailed in the present writ petition itself stand cancelled, nothing remained in adjudication of the matter. Writ petition is disposed of. ( R.G. AVACHAT, J. ) ( S.V. GANGAPURWALA, J. ) SSD 1 / 1
