Heard Mr Panpatte, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

The grievance of the petitioner is of non-compliance of the order dated 19th April, 2018, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.14193 of 2017.

The affidavit-in-reply is filed on behalf of respondent Nos.3 and 4. In the said affidavit-in-reply filed through Meghshyam Murlidhar Barot, Superintendent, Pay and P. F. Unit (Secondary), Jalgaon, it is stated that as per the directions of this Court vide order dated 27th April, 2017, the deponent's office has accepted the pay bills of the petitioner off-line and also processed the same. As the Committee is scrutinizing the proposals and the decision is yet to be taken, the payment could not be made to the petitioner and since the decision of the Committee is received now and the petitioner is allotted the Shalarth I.D., the payment would be made to him.

Today, learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader placed on record a communication dated 19th November, 2018, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Perusal of this communication shows that the amount of Rs.1,48,000/- is granted in favour of petitioner Rahul Bajirao Chaudhari and the said amount is received by the office of the Superintendent, Pay and P. F. Unit (Secondary), Jalgaon on 2nd November, 2018. A cheque bearing No.117967, dated 3rd November, 2018 is also referred for deposit in the bank, namely, the Jalgaon District Central Cooperative Bank, Bhusawal. Mr Panpatte, learned Counsel for the petitioner admits these factual aspects referred to in the communication dated 19th November, 2018.

In view of the aforesaid position, the order of this court is complied with in letter and spirit. Thus, the contempt petition is accordingly disposed. of.
