This is an application for grant of stay to the advertisement for filling twelve vacant posts of Assistant Professors/Lecturers. 2.

Learned counsel for Respondent No.4 - In-charge Principal submits that recruitment of the vacant posts is complete and the appointment orders are issued in favour of the selected candidates. 3.

The original petition is also filed for the identical relief, in respect of the advertisement, which was issued at a point of time. Learned counsel 1 / 2

911-CA-6507-25.odt for the applicant submits that as the application become infructuous, same may be disposed of. He further prays that he be given liberty to amend the petition.

In view of above, civil application is disposed of. Learned counsel for Respondent No.4 undertakes to supply names of the newly appointed professors/lecturers to learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner is at liberty to amend the petition, if not amended earlier, within a period of four weeks and give amended copy of the petition to learned counsel for the respondents. The respondents are permitted to file reply affidavit. 5.

In the petition, issue notice to the added Respondent Nos.5 to 22 and also to added more respondents, if any, returnable on 18th September, 2025.
