The Record and Proceedings be returned to the Special Court, Osmanabad in Atrocity (Special) Case No.26 of 2017 for preparation of paper book. We request the Special Court to prepare the paper book as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six weeks from the receipt of the Record and Proceedings and transmit the paper book and the Record and Proceedings to this Court, on or before 30th January, 2021.
