This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to the respondent no.4 - committee to take decision on the tribe certificate verification proposal pending with the scrutiny committee as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight months from today, and it is accordingly directed. The petitioner has already been protected and has been admitted to Second Year B.Sc. (Agri.) course. He shall

WP 6685/16 - 2 - be allowed to prosecute further studies subject to decision of the respondent no.4 - committee in respect of the tribe certificate verification proposal. Writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
