The Petitioner has tendered an exhaustive representation requesting to amend the circular for KYC with regard to the physical shares of a company and to register the same under the signature of the first holder. He points out that the said representation has been registered as an existing complaint, which is communicated to him vide the e-mail dated 30.09.2023. Further prayers are made in the light of the differences between the Petitioner and his father.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. We would expect Respondent No.2 to deal with the said representation of the Petitioner dated 09.08.2023, by following the due procedure laid down in law. All the stakeholders shall be given an opportunity of hearing and a decision with reasons would be arrived at, within a period of 90 days.
