This petition was to be converted into a First Appeal by order dated 06/09/2019 since the remedy of preferring a First Appeal under Section 30 of the Employees Compensation Act, 1923 is the only remedy available to the petitioner. However, at 10.30 a.m. a motion was moved today that though this Court had granted permission to convert the Writ Petition into a First Appeal, the petitioner desires to prefer a First Appeal. Hence, taken on the production board.

Considering the above, at the request of the petitioner, Writ Petition No.10948/2019 stands disposed off with liberty
