DATE : 15/07/2016 PER COURT :- In view of earlier order, the learned counsel for the petitioner produced before us new medical certificate dated 10/7/2016 in which it is clearly stated that 10 years old daughter of the petitioner is suffering from Appendicitis and she is also in need of surgical treatment as early as possible. In view of this new material, we are not inclined to set aside the impugned order and refer the case back to the competent authority to reconsider the application seeking parole leave.
