Guddu @ Kansha Wahab Shaikh (dated 25.01.2021 in Crl. Application No.2073/2020 in WP No.1362/2020), the learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a similar petition before the Principal Seat.
