PER COURT :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. He submits that the service book of the petitioner is complete. He further submits that though the petitioner had made representations to Respondent No.4 on 13th December, 2011, 4th September, 2013, 10th March, 2016 and 14th March, 2016, the same have not been considered.

We direct respondent No.4 - Education Officer (Secondary) to take appropriate decision on the representations/applications made by the petitioner, if already not taken,
