We are informed by the learned A.G.P. that pursuant to the orders dated 18.06.2012 and 09.07.2012, the appropriate Authorities have registered an F.I.R. against the petitioner on 07.02.2013. The charge-sheet has also been filed in the Court on 04.12.2014.

Considering the prayers put-forth in the Petition, despite the strenuous submissions of Shri Ajinkya Deshmukh, learned Advocate for the petitioner, we find that in the light of the above, we cannot consider the said prayer. Nevertheless, it would always be open to the petitioner to contest the criminal proceedings which have already been initiated.

As such, this Petition is disposed of. We make it clear that the disposal of this Petition would not create any impediment for the petitioner in his criminal trial.
