PER COURT :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. He submits that the service book of the petitioner is complete. He further submits that though the petitioner had made representations to Respondent No.4 on 26th June, 2013 and 12th April, 2016, the same have not been considered.

We direct respondent No.4 - Education Officer (Secondary) to take appropriate decision on the representations/applications made by the petitioner, if already not taken, on its own merits, as expeditiously as
