O R D E R

(14th December, 2019) .

Appellants/original claimants have filed this appeal for enhancement of compensation. They are present and they have been duly identified by their counsel. Mr. Rahul Kulkarni, Officer for the respondent insurance company is present with learned counsel appearing for the respondent insurance company.

Appellants and insurance company have filed terms of compromise which is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. As per the said terms respondent insurance company has agreed to pay additional compensation of Rs. 4,75,000/- to the

( 2 ) appellants towards full and final settlement of their claim and has agreed to deposit the said amount within 30 days from the date of receipt of this order, failing which they have agreed to pay interest @9% per annum. Appellants have agreed to the said terms of compromise.

In view of above, award be prepared accordingly, in terms of compromise as above. 4.

Court fees, if any, be refunded to the appellants.

5.

In view of settlement in the matter, civil application/s, if any, stand/s disposed of.
