13.07.2018 P.C. :- Heard Mr.M.S. Patil, learned counsel appearing for the applicant. By inviting our attention to the order of this Court dated 19.12.2017 he submitted that this Court permitted the applicant to withdraw the amount on certain conditions. One of the conditions was to submit the undertaking to this Court within stipulated period of six weeks from the date of order. The learned counsel submits that the applicant was not conversant with the legal formalities and could not take necessary steps. Thus, the learned counsel pray for extension of time to comply the conditions stated in the order of this Court dated 19.12.2017 in respect of submitting the undertaking to this Court. Learned counsel submits that the necessary undertaking would be submitted to this Court within one week from today.

At the request of the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, the applicant is permitted to submit undertaking in this Court within one week from today. If necessary compliance is not done within one week from today, the permission granted in the order dated 19.12.2017, shall be cancelled.
