PER COURT :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. He submits that the service book of the petitioner is complete. He further submits that though the petitioner had made representations to Respondent No.4 on 26th July, 2011, 16th May, 2012, 2nd May, 2016 and 8th June, 2016, the same have not been considered.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the Headmaster inspite of repeated requests is not taking steps to complete the Service Book of the

6342.16WP petitioner. In the circumstances, we dispose of the Writ Petition with direction to Respondent No.5 to complete the service Book of the petitioner, as expeditiously, as possible and preferably within 10 weeks from today.

We also direct respondent No.4 - Education Officer (Secondary) to take appropriate decision on the representations/applications made by the petitioner, if already not taken, on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible and preferably, within a period of four months from today.

This petition stands disposed of accordingly.
