The applicants are permitted to withdraw 60% of the deposited amount on furnishing undertaking that, in the event any adverse order is passed they will redeposit the amount so withdrawn by them within four months from the date of passing of such order. Remaining 40% be reinvested in FDR in any nationalized bank initially for a period of two years and if required, till disposal of the appeal.
