The applicant is the Director of Bhairavnath Multi-State Co-operative Multi State Credit Society Limited. Many other similarly situated Directors have been released on anticipatory bail, considering the fact that nothing adverse found against the Directors in the audit report. In the audit report, it was found that there was mismanagement in the co-operative society. Considering the facts of the case, the applicant is entitled to the anticipatory bail. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

I) The application is allowed.
