Learned counsel submits that application has been given for allotment of land to the petitioner being a widow of ex-service man. The said application is not attended for 11 years. 2.

Learned A.G.P. accepts notice for the respondents. 3.

In case the application is filed by the petitioner and the same is pending with respondent No.4 (page 44), then the respondent No.4 shall take decision upon it on its on merits and in accordance with law, preferably within eight months.
