Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

The fact of the case was that the applicant was immediately apprehended after the raid but the reason best known to the Investigating Officer, why he set him free. Thereafter, the police issued him a notice under Section 41-A of the Criminal Procedure Code. Therefore, the applicant got apprehension of his arrest, hence, he approached this Court.

Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that as per the order of this Court, the applicant attended the police station and the police interrogated him.

Learned APP submits that during the interrogation, no new material is found against the applicant.

In view of the facts discussed by this Court in its order dated 14.07.2022, this Court is of the view that this is a fit case for anticipatory bail. Hence, the following order :
ORDER
(A) The application is allowed.
(B) Interim protection granted to the applicant by order dated 14.07.2022 is confirmed on the same terms of bail bonds. (S.G. MEHARE, J.) Mujaheed//
