Mr. Pawar, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, the revenue authorities are not mutating the name of the petitioner in the revenue record though application has been given.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents and submits that, the petitioner in such a case has to approach the committee constituted under Circular dated 13.02.2015.

In the light of that, writ petition is disposed of with liberty
