The petitioners, who have been working as teachers are aggrieved by the fact that the management has stopped paying them salaries in view of the enquiry going on before the Deputy Director of Education to which the petitioners are not parties.

The learned A.G.P. waives service for respondent nos. 1 to 4. 4.

The learned advocate Mr. Sonkawade waives service for respondent nos. 5 to 10.

Considering the fact that there is no specific order passed by any Education Officer or Director of Education, the respondent-management shall forward the salary bills of the petitioners immediately unless otherwise expressly directed by the respondent nos. 1 to 3. 6.
