The grievance is that, the revision filed by the petitioner bearing Revision No. 13 of 2013 is not decided by the respondent authorities. 2.

With the passage of time said revision must have been decided by now. In case the said revision bearing Revision No. 13 of 2013 filed by the petitioner is pending, then the respondent authorities shall decide the said revision on its own merits, in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of nine (09) months from today. This order would not apply, if the revision is already decided. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
