The learned A.G.P. places a communication dated 21/07/2022 on record, which is addressed by respondent No.3 to the Headmaster, respondent No.5, informing the latter, that the non-salary grants shall be halted. The said communication is marked as 'X-1' for identification.

Since the learned A.G.P., submits on instructions from the Education Officer, that he would initiate steps on Monday, i.e. 01/08/2022 and ensure that the order of this Court dated

(2) 01/04/2022, is implemented and an order is passed on 04/08/2022, that we have not issued notices to the respondents under the Contempt of Courts Act, and this petition is disposed off with the following observations :- (a) The Education Officer shall reach respondent No.5/School at 11.00 a.m. on 01/08/2022.

(b) The petitioner, if not allowed to sign the muster roll, would sign the same in the presence of the Education Officer, at 11.00 a.m. on that day.

(c) As per the statement, the Education Officer would conduct a hearing in the school and thereafter, pass an order on 04/08/2022 at 3.00 p.m.

(d) Copy of the order shall be delivered to the petitioner promptly, and if he is aggrieved by the said order, he is at liberty to assail the same.
