Heard Mr. K.N.Shaikh, learned counsel for the applicant for quite some time. When the Court was about to dismiss the application, learned counsel submits that on instructions he wish to withdraw the present application. However, he submits that necessary direction be issued to expedite the Sessions Trial. Prayer accepted. Speedy trial is the right of the accused, who is languishing in jail. 2.

Present Criminal Application is dismissed as withdrawn. Learned Additional Sessions Judge - 5, Aurangabad is directed to expedite the trial in Sessions Case No. 58/2015 which is pending on the file of his Court and
