Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the applicants and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. Having regard to the grounds of objections raised in exception to the impugned award and considering the avernments in the application for withdrawal of the amount, I deem it appropriate to pass the following order.

ORDER

1. The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

2. Balance 50% amount be invested in any nationalized bank initially for the period of two years and if so required, for further period till disposal of the appeal.

3. Civil application stands disposed of.
