1] The learned counsel, upon instructions from the respondent No.6, submits that respondent No.6 does not wish to prosecute the matter. Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that the petitioner was absorbed in service in the year 2021. However, according to the petitioner, he should have been given appointment from the year 2018. However, that was not the subject matter of the present petition. The order passed by the District Social Welfare Officer, Zilla Parishad, Beed dated 4.2.2021 is taken on record.
